CBD Only is NOT legal, nor beneficial.

Project CBD, Martin A. Lee and others have been very critical of those making statements that CBD only is legal. This is from New Special report on Project CBD website: "FDA’s Center for Drug Evaluation, told Fred Gardner of O’Shaughnessy’s: “CBD meets the definition of schedule I under the Controlled Substance Act. The DEA is the regulatory agency.”
"Although it is nontoxic, non-addictive, and non-psychoactive, cannabidiol is still illegal, according to the Drug Enforcement Administration. They are also concerned that "Anti-marijuana politicians are lining up to jump on board the CBD-only bandwagon. CBD-only laws will benefit a narrow segment of the patient population.
