Here we are on the eve of legalization of cannabis in Canada. Will this be enough to get our federal government to change our laws? Cannabis policy is rapidly shifting, and the industry us rapidly expanding. We have major players with huge amounts of capital coming in, making competition stiff. Small time operators, who've had it kushy the past few decades because of no regulations are scrambling to keep up. It's a typical scenario in America. But cannabis was different. The cannabis community I know cared about the little guy. So where do we go from here? The path is clear to me. Our industry will resemble others, with good players and bad. And you my friend get to choose who you associate with. So don't get mad get sharp. Learn your trade in and out. Be the best because that's what it's going to take to stay on top of the latest trends and techiques, to be a good player and not cut corners that sacrifice quality nor compliance. Go hard cannafam. Go ethically too. If you promote compasssion, social justice and incorporate eco friendly practices, weed the people, the cannabis community will follow you.
