Worker Owned For The Win

As soon As I have the capital and open a canna business of my own, it will be worker owned collective model. Been a fan for a while. Just before I moved back from DC in 2011, I was researching jobs and saw an ad for initial buy in of Alchemy Coffee in Berkeley, and it was like only $200 but I waited and missed opportunity. I was also a member of Other Avenues Food Coop in The Outer Sunset SF before that. So this model has been on my mind for a while. Research shows they deliver well-documented benefits to the businesses and employees they govern. Plus worker co-ops, employee-owned small businesses see an average of 4% to 5% higher productivity levels and more stability and potential for growth.
